超市里买菜,看到这个豆干丝,买回来试试,虽然比不上国内好的豆干,质量也不错。

 

煮干丝2 【煮干丝】

用料:
1:鸡胸肉或里脊肉50克,盐1/6茶匙,生粉1/2茶匙,水1茶匙;
2:豆干丝1包270克,冲洗沥水备用;
3:橄榄油1大匙,葱花1大匙,姜丝2茶匙;
4:清鸡汤一罐412毫升,或自己煮的鸡汤1.5杯,盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙,
5:蒜苗花2茶匙。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、最好提前一天将鸡胸肉或里脊肉切丝,加剩余1料拌匀,保湿冰箱过夜,这样肉会非常嫩滑。
2、不粘锅加1大匙油,置炉上开大火,炒香3料里的葱花和姜丝后(图1),下豆干丝翻炒1-2分钟(图2)。

3、依次放入4料(图3),调中小火,盖上盖子,焖煮7分钟。
4、调大中火,放入肉丝,翻炒至肉丝断生,撒蒜苗花(图4)兜匀出锅。

    I was just out off surgery for 10 days. My buddy in Canada suggest me to spend sometime to study Mao Mao mom’ cooking during my covery. Therefore I may reduce the burden of my wife’s daily kitchen tasks. Funny enough, since the med the docs put me on I am now 吃客!
