Serves: 4 servings
1) 16 chicken wing mid-section;
2) 1 small piece fermented chili bean curd;
3) 1 tbsp miced garlic;
4) 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1tsp brown sugar;
1: Rinse chicken wings under water and pat dry. Place chicken wings and all ingredients of Ingredient 2) -4) in a Ziploc bag. Seal the bag and turn the bag over a couple of times until the wings are well coated with sauce (Picture 1). Marinate for 24 hours in the fridge. Turn the bag over a few times during this period.
