【Oyster egg stir fry】

Serves: 4 servings
1) 16 medium size oyster (shell less);
2) 3 extra large eggs, 2/3 tsp salt;
3) 2 tbsp freshly chopped green onions;
4) 1.5 tbsp cooking oil;
5) 1/6 tsp ground black pepper;
6) 1 tsp sesame oil.
1: Rinse oysters with cold water and drain well (Picture 1), set aside.
2: Place all ingredients of Ingredient 2-3) in a bowl (Picture 2), beat well.
3: A non-stick sauté pan on medium-high heat, add 1.5 tbsp olive oil, pour in beaten egg mixture (Picture 3), arrange oyster evenly (Picture 4). Scatter ground black pepper and cook for about 3 minutes until one side is golden brown.
4: Turnover and continue cook for 2 minutes, add 1 tsp sesame oil, gently stir a few times, transfer to a serving plate and serve..
