刚炸好的丸子,香酥里嫩滑,很好吃。

腐香豆腐虾丸子1 腐香豆腐虾丸子

用料:
1:冰冻带壳白虾545克,去肠去壳洗净沥水切小小粒加盐1/3茶匙拌匀。

2:白胡椒粉1/6茶匙,香油1大匙,葱花2大匙,姜末1茶匙,生粉3大匙,鸡蛋1只。

3:豆腐两块280克,水冲洗沥水,用刀背压碎。

4:红腐乳2小块20克。

5:玉米油适量。

做法:
红腐乳放大碗中碾碎,(图A)放入豆腐泥,及所有2料(图B)搅拌均匀,放入虾丁(图C)拌匀至馅有些粘稠(图D)。
