毛毛妈,昨晚第一次用您的配方做了戚风蛋糕,很成功,没有回缩没有开裂,弹性十足。唯一的不足是上层表皮碰手会沾掉,这是正常的吗?还是烤的时间不够呢?我在网上搜到有人建议最后十分钟温度调高点烤来改善表皮沾手,您试过这种前面低温最后高温的烤法吗?谢谢!
