【Celery and shrimp stir fry in fermented black bean garlic sauce】

Serves: 5 servings
1) 25 medium size frozen deveined white shrimps, 1/3 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper, 1 tsp corn starch, 1/2 tsp sesame oil;
2) 4 stalks celery (350g) and 1 baby carrot (70g);
3) 1.5 tbsp avocado or other cooking oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic, 1 tbsp minced fermented black beans;
4) ¼ tsp salt;
5) 2 tsp premium soy sauce;
6) ½ tsp sesame oil.
1: Place shrimps in cold water to thaw, remove shells, rinse and drain well. Combine shrimps with all the rest ingredients of Ingredient 1) in a bowl, mix well, set aside (Picture 1). Remove ends of the celery, wash and cut into small pieces. Peel off the skin of the carrot and dice (Picture 2).
2: Power up the Ropot cooker. Add 1 tbsp Avocado oil and shrimps (Picture 3). Close the lid, press Function to select StirFry function. After 3 seconds the program starts, press – to decrease time to 1.5 minutes.
3: When program ends, open the lid (Picture 4) and take out the cooked shrimps. Rince the inner pot with water, then add 0.5 tbsp oil and all the rest ingredients of Ingredient 3) (Picture 5). Close the lid, press Function to select StirFry function. After 3 seconds the program starts, press – sign to decrease time to 1 minute.
4: When program ends, open the lid; add celery, carrot and ¼ tsp salt (Picture 6). Close the lid and press Function to select StirFry again. When program runs only 30 seconds left, open the lid, add cooked shrimps and 2 tsp premium soy sauce, close the lid, let the program contiumes.
5: When the program ends, open the lid, add 1/2 tsp sesame oil and press the Toss key, after 15 seconds, toss stops, remove the pot and transfer cooked dish to a serving plate and serve.
