1) 2-3 slices grouper fish (550g),;
2) 1 stalk green onion, 3 clove garlic, 5g fresh ginger;
3) 6 dried chili peppers;
4) 1 long green pepper (55g)
5) 1 tbspAvocado oil;
6) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, ¼ tsp brown sugar.
1: Remove root of the green onion, rinse with water and cut into 1 in long pieces. Remove skin of garlic and cursh, slice the ginger, set aside (Picture 1). Remove seed of the long green pepper, rinse with water and cut into thin slices (Picture 2). Clean fish and pat dry.

4: When the program ends, open the lid, turn over the fiah, add all ingredients of Ingredient 2) and 3) (Picture 3), close the lid. Press Function to select PanFry again, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time by 1 minute.
5: When the program ends, open the lid. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 6) (Picture 5), Press Function to select Manual. During the cooking, press Stir and let it stir for a few times and then press Stir to stop.
6: When the program ends, open the lid. Add all sliced green pepper (Picture 6), Press Function to select Manual again. During the cooking, press Stir and let it stir for a few times and then press Stir to stop.
7: When program ends, transfer cooked fish to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
