做法：

原锅里再加油1大匙，炒香豆豉和蒜茸（图D），放入青蒜丝翻炒几下（图E），接着倒入炒好的鱼片，喷入绍酒及放入剩余3料，兜炒均匀（图F），即可出锅食用。
