香煎桂花鱼条



香煎桂花鱼条

不想起油锅炸,改煎。成品外酥里嫩,还有桂花香。毛毛吃了好多块。

用料:

1:冰冻龙利或金狮斑球鱼柳500克,洗净沥水切手指粗细的条,加1/2茶匙盐,绍酒1大匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,葱丝1大匙,拌匀腌20分钟。
2:中筋面粉(All purpose flour)1/4杯,淀粉(Starch)1/3杯,咸桂花或干桂花1大匙,1/4茶匙,水1/3杯,菜油1大匙
3:菜油5大匙。

做法:

不沾锅置炉上开大中火,内放菜籽油2.5大匙。将2料放小盆里搅拌均匀,放入一半鱼条,将裹了面糊的鱼条,放入煎锅煎成两面黄。依上做法做好另一半。乘热吃,外酥里嫩非常好。
