【Bean curd Peas and Pork stir fry】

Serves: 4 servings
1) 1 slice of pork center loin 120g, 1/2 tsp corn starch, 1/3 tsp salt, 1 tbsp cold water, ½ tsp sesame oil;
2) 1 pkg five spice bean curd (300g), 2/3 cup frezon peas;
3) 2 tbsp avocado oil, 1.5 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tbsp miced garlic, 3-4 slices ginger, 1/6 tsp ground thirteen spice, 7 dry chili;
4) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp brown sugar， ½ tsp salt.
1: Remove white membrane on pork loin, rinse with water and cut into 0.5 cm cubes. Add all the rest ingredients of Ingredient 1) and massage the meat with your fingers for 2-3 minutes, set aside (Picture 1). Prepare green onion, garlic, ginger and chili in a bowl (Picture 2). Rince bean curd, cut into 1 cm cubes, rinse frezon peas with cold water and drain (Picture 3), set aside.
2: Plug in the Ropot cooker, press Power button to preheat the cooker.
3: Add 1 tbsp oil and pork cubes (Picture 4). Close the lid, press Function to select Stirfry function, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time by 1 minute, program starts. When the program ends, open the lid from side and transfer cooked pork to a plate.
4: Add 1 tbsp oil to the pot, add chopped green onion, minced garlic, sliced ginger, chili and 1/6 tsp ground thirteen spice to the pot (Picture 5). Close the lid, press Function to select Stirfry function, program starts. When 2 minutes left, open the lid from side and add diced bean curd and peas (Picture 6), close the lid and let the program continue.
5: When the program ends, open the lid, add all ingredients of Ingredient 4) (Picture 7), close the lid. Select Stirfry function again, program starts. When only 30 seconds, open the lid from side and add cooked pork (Picture 8), close the lid and let the program to finish.
6: When the program finishes, transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
