【水煮蛋及鸡蛋三明治】

我们家毛毛很喜欢鸡蛋三明治,每周总有一天要带它做午餐。不知道是因为Costco的鸡蛋储存的不同,每次做五香茶叶蛋或水煮蛋,用平常的锅煮的,即使立刻冲冷水,蛋壳也不是很容剥掉。自从买了这个电压力锅,图省事啥都拿它来试试。煮过的蛋,冲冷水后非常容易剥掉蛋壳,LD说以后都用它来煮鸡蛋。

 【水煮蛋及鸡蛋三明治】
用料:
1:鸡蛋2只;
2:盐1/5茶匙,黑胡椒1/8茶匙,蛋黄酱2大匙;
3:午餐火腿肉(Prosciutto ham)35克切小小丁;
3:全麦面包4片。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升.

做法:
1、鸡蛋放入电压力锅内锅里,加冷水到3杯线(图1),加盖选手动档(Manual),3分钟,启动升序。

2、电压力锅完成程序后,等5-6分钟,放气减压打开盖,鸡蛋冲冷水后,剥去壳(图2),壳特好剥。
3、剥好鸡蛋放入小碗里,用一勺子压碎鸡蛋成小丁,然后放入所有2和3料(图3)拌匀。鸡蛋馅分别均匀涂到两片面包上,盖上另外两片面包,对角切成三角即可食用。

    Dear Mao Mao Ma,
    I have another simple way to cook boiled eggs:
    Using the electric steam rice cookware:
    Lay down a piece of wet kitchen towel paper, and lay the eggs on the top of the wet paper(doesn’t matter how many, but limit to one layer), push down the ON bottom, when it jumps up, just take the eggs under the cold water and rinse them, the eggs all done, with no broken shells.
