    毛毛妈, 我是个面食新手,想包包子很久了,可一直不敢尝试发面的东东.昨晚因为有包饺子剩的馅,于是鼓足勇气决定尝试包子.可面好象没太发起,LG说像蒸饺,而且我不太会折包子的皱,想请叫你这位高人指点指点.(嘿嘿,我是你的粉丝!)
    我和面的方法是: 先用150ml左右的温milk融大约3.5g的yeast, 然后加到200g的all-purpose flour中,和好后,放入开着烤箱灯的烤箱中,盖上湿布,大约1个半小时.我感觉面团有发胖,用手指压下去面有回弹.可之后干面时发现面有些硬.
