2. 开盖炒能否完全代替传统炒锅 at a daily base？

我一般用来炒葱姜，然后放入沸水的肉，做红烧之类的。毕竟不是不粘锅，水干后会有些粘。最后肉煮好了，收汁用。
2. 开盖炒能否完全代替传统炒锅 at a daily base？
这个不建议代替一般的炒锅。

I need some help on cooking calrose or sushi rice. Do you have good suggestions on how to cook it right in the InstantPot? I have good results cooking jasmine rice but my sushi rice came out poorly. What is the correct proportion of rice to water for sushi rice? I used rice setting for 10min and proportion of 1:1 for calrose rice. It came out very hard and dry. Any suggestion will be very much appreciated. Thank you.
If it is hard and dry, try use bit more water, like 1.3:1
