Maple syrup, who would not like it, if you have a bottle of maple syrup handy, makes this dish, surprisingly tasty and nice.

Ingredients:

1) 20 chicken drumettes;
2) 1 tbsp olive oil, 3-4 slices of fresh ginger, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
3) 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp premium dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce , 1 tbsp premium light soy sauce, ½ cup cold water;
4) 1 tsp sesame oil (optional).

Directions:

1: Wash and pat dry chicken drumettes. Heat 1 tbsp oil in non-stick sauté pan on high heat, sauté sliced ginger, chopped green onion, anise star and cloves for a minute (Picture 1). Add chicken drumettes (Picture 2), stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
2: Add maple syrup and all other ingredients of Ingredient 3) (picture 3), stir and bring to boil. Cover with lid and reduce to medium-low heat, simmer for 28 minutes (picture 4), stir occasionally.

3: Remove the lid (picture 5) and increase to medium-high heat to reduce the sauce to about 1/5 (picture 6). Add 1 tsp sesame oil, stir well.
4: Transfer cooked chicken drumettes into a serving plate and serve immediately over some steamed rice.

    我想学你做的面包。看了一下,发现你大多用的是中筋面粉+面筋粉,我没有面筋粉,能用高筋面粉代替(中筋面粉+面筋粉)吗?
    还有,面包机是必须的吗?手工和面行吗?有什么区别?我想等有点儿信心了再去买面包机。
