泰式凤爪

酸甜咸辣可口,还有柠檬香味,挺棒的一款凉菜。
用料:
1:鸡爪子725克,洗净,剪去爪尖,沥水备用。
2:盐2茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙。
3:柠檬1个,皮一半切丝,挤汁备用。
4:紫洋葱1/4个100克切丝,小红辣椒3个切丝备用。
5:蒜片1.5大匙,糖1大匙。
做法:
大锅内放水8杯烧开,加洗净的鸡爪,调小火煮12分钟,冲冷水,沥水后拌上盐和鸡精,接着将3,4,5料拌入。然后将拌匀的鸡爪及汁转入一塑料袋里,像这样。
冰箱冷藏过夜,第二天泰式凤爪即可食用。
