【Garlic scapes and shrimp stir fry】

Serves: 4 servings
1) 25 medium size frozen deveined white shrimps, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper, 1 tsp corn starch, 1/2 tsp sesame oil;
2) 215g garlic scapes;
3) 2 tsp Avocado oil or other cooking oil, 1 tsp freshly minced garlic, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
4) 2 tsp premium soy sauce, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper, ¼ tsp salt;
1: Place shrimps in cold water to thaw, remove shells, rinse and drain well. Combine shrimps with all ingredients of Ingredient 2) in a bowl (Picture 1), mix well, set aside. Rince garlic scapes and cut into half inch long pieces.
2: Plugin the Ropot cooker, press Power button. Add 2 tsp Avocado oil, chopped green onion and minced garlic in the cooker (Picture 1). Add garlic scapes (Picture 2) and close the cover, press Function to select Saute (Picture 3) and decrease time to 60 seconds by press the – sign, program starts automatically (Picture 4).
3: When 60 seconds Saute program ends, open the lid from side, avoding the hot steam, add all ingredients inIngredient 4) and shrimp to the cooker (Picture 5), close the lid.
4: Press Function to select Saute program. After 3 minutes when the program ends, open the lid (Picture 6), remove the pot and transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
