香辣牛蹄筋

这个香辣牛蹄筋，是带去开Party的一个好菜，简单易做又好好吃。
用料:
1：牛蹄筋400克，洗净备用。
2：橄榄油2茶匙，蒜蓉1大匙，姜蓉1茶匙，花椒粉1/4茶匙，水2大匙，辣椒油1.5大匙，万字牌生抽酱油1大匙，镇江香醋2茶匙，糖1茶匙，盐1/4茶匙，香油2茶匙。
3：葱1条，洗净沥水切小段。
4：炒熟白芝麻1大匙。
做法：
牛蹄筋放入高压锅内, 加水盖过牛筋(图A)，盖上盖，置炉上开大火（图B），煮至上气，调中小火压45分钟。冷5分钟，打开高压锅盖，捞出煮好的牛蹄筋，放入保鲜盒冰箱（图C）过夜。
牛蹄筋切片（图D）备用。中号锅，加橄榄油2茶匙，置炉上开中火，炒香蒜蓉，姜蓉和花椒粉（图E），关火后趁热依次放下葱段（图F及剩余2料拌匀（图G），然后放人切片的牛蹄筋拌匀（图H），最后放入熟白芝麻拌匀即可（图I）。
