香辣鸡

喜欢麻辣的筒子们，可多加点干辣椒和花椒粉，我们家吃辣不是很行，所以做的不是太辣。
用料：
1：鸡腿800克，洗净沥水，斩块备用。
2：香菜2小棵洗净切小段，葱一条切小段，熟芝麻1.5大匙。
3：绍酒1大匙，万字牌生抽酱油1大匙，金兰老抽酱油1大匙，糖1.5茶匙，水3/4杯。
4：菜油3大匙，豆瓣酱1大匙，蒜片2大匙，姜片3片，干辣椒6个，花椒粉1/2茶匙，八角1个，桂皮1小块，丁香1粒，小茴香1/2茶匙。
做法：
香辣好吃。
炒锅置炉上开大中火，放菜油3大匙，放入鸡块不停翻炒至表面黄亮捞出。原锅留油置炉上开中火，油热后放入豆瓣酱翻炒几下，接着倒入所有剩余的4料炒香，倒入炒好的鸡块翻炒几下后依次加入3料煮滚。调小火焖煮20分钟，开大中火收汁，然后加入2料兜匀出锅。

December, 2009 he started Morency Sports activities.
