【Stir Fried Shrimp】
This is a quick and easy recipe. My son loves these shrimps.

Serves: 6 servings
1) 550g white shrimp;
2) 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tsp minced garlic, 3-4 slices ginger;
3) 1 tsp cooking wine, 2 tsp dark vinegar, 3 tsp sugar, 2 tsp light soy sauce, 2 tsp Yummy House soy sauce, 5 tsp water, 1/6 tsp ground white pepper, ¼ tsp salt;
4) 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp freshly chopped green onion.
1: Peel and devein the shrimp. Then rinse with water and drain well. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over medium-high heat, and sauté the rest of Ingredient 2) for one minute (Picture 1). Add shrimp, stir and sauté until the color starts to turn pink (Picture 2).
