Ingredients:
1: 1 eddo (185g);
2: 1000 ml cold water, 1/3 cup sugar.
3: 1 Asian pear (335g);
4: 1 tsp dried Osmanthus flowers;

Directions:

1: Peel off the skin of eddo, rinse with cold water and cut into small pieces (Picture 1). Peel off the skin of pear (Picture 2) and remove the core and slice the pear into small pieces (Picture 3).
2: Fill the Buydeem pot with 1000 ml water, add diced eddo and 1/3 cup sugar (Picture 4), cover with the lid (Picture 4). Plugin the Buydeem beverage maker, press Start button then press Dessert button, program starts automatically (Picture 5).

3: After cooking for 15 minutes, open the small lid and add pear slices (Picture 6), cover with the lid and let it continue cooking. After 30 minutes, add 1 tsp dried Osmanthus flowers.
4: Tune off the power and let it stand for 2 minutes, open the lid and divide soup into 5 small bowls and serve warm.
