Very yummy. Mine tasted just like the Singapore-style noodles I’ve always loved . The use of fish sauce is brilliant! One inconsistency between the Chinese and English version is the quantity of rice or vermicelli noodles. The Chinese version says “100 g”, whereas the English version says ” 200 g”. I used about 150 grams. It worked out fine.
