儿子第一次包饺子 毛毛爸 爸妈从前都烧得一手好菜,口味是南方的,讲究原味偏甜。可我偏偏有个北方胃,特别喜欢吃饺子、葱油饼。小时候好不容易央求爸妈过年时包一次饺子,早晨开始和面擀皮,一直忙到中午才煮出一锅,捞出来先给我搬张方凳吃上,他们再接着包。上大学时食堂周末有卖饺子的,6分钱一两,煮出来有一半皮和馅已经分了家。实在馋了的时候,就到后门珠江路的长青饺子店打牙祭。 儿子继承了我的北方胃,一星期只能吃一次米饭,多了就皱眉头。平时中西面点pasta、pizza、饺子、葱油饼轮换着来,毛毛妈周末总要包饺子、蒸包子、烙饼,然后冻在冰箱里。上周六下午她有别的事,晚饭后才开始包饺子,我正好教育毛毛:你看妈妈整天为我们做饭多辛苦。儿子点头同意,他也要学着包,第一个饺子捏成了扁扁的形状,站不住躺下了。妈妈教他:先捏上中间,然后两边捏成褶子。接下来的四个捏的挺像样子的,看来这小子挺有天份,将来可以自力更生。 看看边上的几个是毛毛捏的: 凑近点看: 就是前面的四个: 儿子看我一边拍照一边乐,要我也包几个饺子来比试比试。那有什么难的?咱没吃过猪肉还见过猪跑啊,这样嘻嘻哈哈你几个我几个,最后的结果是: 饺子馅剩了… … You might also like:【绿豆椪】Soft and Moist Coconut Buns香甜松软-【汤种椰蓉包】Banana Chiffon Cake【香蕉戚风蛋糕】海鲜豆腐Seafood Tofu海鲜豆腐Seafood Tofu
