小南瓜酒酿小汤圆
小南瓜酒酿小汤圆 by 毛毛妈 绿皮小南瓜(Buttercup squash)不仅好吃且是很健康的食品。与朋友小聚,做了这个小南瓜酒酿小汤圆,很受欢迎。 用料: 1:酒酿2杯,酒酿的做法见甜酒酿 2:水12杯,糖2/3-3/4杯。 3:绿皮小南瓜(Buttercup squash)450克。 4:糯米粉1.5杯,水2/3杯。 5:糯米粉1/3杯加水1/3杯拌匀备用。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon。1杯=240毫升。 做法: 南瓜去仔洗净切小丁(图A)备用,大锅内放12杯水置炉上,开大火煮滚后,加入南瓜丁(图B)。水滚后调中小火煮25分钟。 4料的糯米粉加水2/3杯揉成乱面团(图C),取小块面图揉成小汤园放入南瓜汤里(图D),然后放入2料里的白糖,再用中小火煮10分钟。然后放入酒酿煮2分钟(图E),然后放入5料的糯米粉水勾芡,煮滚即可。 You might also like:Chinese Nut Cookies超级香又酥素油—【果仁桃酥】 超级酥松的【开口笑】Chenpi Chicken Wings 陈皮鸡翅 陈皮鸡翅 Chenpi Chicken Wings酒酿芋头丸子Fermented sweet rice and taro … Continue reading
