简单易做柠檬方糕 by 毛毛妈 西人的点心我一般很少做,嫌油大糖多不健康。倒是有两款柠檬方糕圣诞节总是要做的,去年跟大家分享了一款柠檬方糕。今天跟大家分享这个简单易做的柠檬方糕。 用料: 1:牛油(Butter)1/2杯,室温回软。 2:白糖1/4杯,过筛的中筋面1杯 (All purpose flour)。 3:鸡蛋2个,白糖1/2杯,现榨柠檬汁1/4杯(1-2个柠檬),鲜奶油(Heavy Cream)1/4杯。 4:糖粉1/4杯。 做法: 将牛油放一盆里(图A),用搅拌器高速打几分钟成雪花状,然后倒入白糖1/4杯(图B)打匀,接着边中速搅拌边将面粉分两次放入(图C)打均匀至肉馅样(图D)。 然后倒入22X22厘米的烤盘里,用橡皮刀抹匀(图E),放入预热至325F/163摄氏的烤箱内,烤15分钟待用。另取一干净盆放入所有3料(图F),用干净的搅拌器高速打几分钟至均匀(图G),将柠檬蛋汁倒在烤好的糕底上(图H),再放入350F/175摄氏的烤箱内,烤20-22分钟。冷凉切块后筛上糖粉(图I)即可食用。 You might also like:Microwave【Cornflour Cake】【玉米面发糕】【Honeycomb Bread】【蜂蜜小面包】【Dim Sum & Desserts】Chinese version is released!【中式点心】电子书上架了!Braised fish in savory soy sauce 红烧鱼尾红烧鱼尾 Braised fish in savory soy … Continue reading
