   Dear MaoMao Ma,

   Thank you for sharing your experience. Your recipe is a great help for me.
   What kind of hand mixer do you use? My QiFeng cake looks good when just come out of oven, but always shrinks back when it cools down. I wonder whether my hand mixer is not powerful enough. BTW, I have the cheap hand mixer, less than $20.
