【高升鸡块】

用料:
1:鸡腿10只1250克;
2:牛油果油或橄榄油1.5大匙,葱2条洗净切段,姜3-4片;
3:镇江香醋或米醋1大匙,糖2大匙,料酒3大匙,生抽酱油2大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,盐1/6茶匙,水1/2杯;
4:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、鸡腿洗干净沥水,斩小块待用待用。【RoPot】插上电源,按开关键预热。然后加1.5大匙油,放入葱姜(图1)及鸡块(图2),盖上锅盖,用Function键选Stir fry,程序自动进行。
2、程序结束,打开盖子,放入所有3料(图3),盖上锅盖,用Function键选Braise程序,3秒后程序自动进行,再按+键增加时间到20分钟(图4)。
3、程序结束,打开盖子(图5),加1茶匙香油,盖上锅盖,用Function键再选Manual程序,3秒后程序自动进行,再按+键增加时间到6分钟。每隔2-3分钟,按下Stir键搅拌5秒钟,再按下Stir键停止搅拌。
4、程序结束,打开盖子(图6),即可起锅盛出高升鸡块,配米饭吃,很棒。
