【面鱼儿-疙瘩汤】

周末在家里吃的中午饭大都是面条，今天换个花样。寒冷的冬天，吃上一碗热热的面鱼儿（也叫疙瘩汤），再配上一盘香喷喷的锅贴，幸福的滋味慢慢品吧。
1：西红柿一个240克；
2：橄榄油1大匙，葱花1.5大匙，盐3/4茶匙，白胡椒1/8茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，水4杯；
3：中筋面粉（all purpose flour）1杯160克，水1/2杯+3大匙（共163克）；
4：青菜苗250克，洗净待用；
5：鸡蛋一只；
6：香油1茶匙，葱花1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、西红柿切片。中号锅置炉上开大火，加1大匙橄榄油，炒香2料里的葱花（图1），下西红柿片翻炒1-2分钟（图2），然后放入剩余2料（图3），开中火煮着。
2、将所有3料放一中号碗中拌匀（图4），然后用一双筷子顺一个方向搅拌，至面糊均匀上劲有弹性（图5）。
4、放入青菜苗（图8）煮2分钟。一只鸡蛋打散，将蛋液慢慢倒入面鱼锅里（图9）。离火搅拌一下，放入香油葱花再搅拌下，就可以盛出开吃了。喜欢辣的可以加1大匙辣椒酱。
