清蒸鳕鱼-葱姜汁

毛毛很喜欢鳕鱼,今天做了葱姜味的,很嫩滑。

葱姜味清蒸鳕鱼1 清蒸鳕鱼 葱姜汁

用料:

1:鳕鱼一片(500克)冰箱里化冻,洗净沥水备用;

2:葱1条洗净切丝, 姜一小块5克切丝;

3:橄榄油或其他素油2茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油1.5大匙,开水1大匙,糖1/2茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙。

做法:

1. 少放点葱丝姜丝在盘子上,然后鳕鱼片放在盘子上,大蒸锅放小半锅水,置炉上开大火,水滚后,鳕鱼入蒸笼大火蒸6分钟(图1),熄火焖2分钟取出蒸好的鳕鱼片,请客时可以将鱼片换到干净盘子里。

2. 小号不粘锅,置炉上开中火,放入橄榄油2茶匙,炒香2料里的姜丝(图2)捞出放到蒸好的鱼上。原锅留油熄火后,依次放入剩余3料拌匀成汁(图4)。

3. 将葱丝铺到蒸好的鱼片上(图3),趁热浇上酱汁即可。
