做法：
1. 少放点葱丝姜丝在盘子上，然后鳕鱼片放在盘子上，大蒸锅放小半锅水，置炉上开大火，水滚后，鳕鱼入蒸笼大火蒸6分钟（图1），熄火焖2分钟取出蒸好的鳕鱼片，请客时可以将鱼片换到干净盘子里。
2. 小号不粘锅，置炉上开中火，放入橄榄油2茶匙，炒香2料里的姜丝（图2）捞出放到蒸好的鱼上。原锅留油熄火后，依次放入剩余3料拌匀成汁（图4）。
3. 将葱丝铺到蒸好的鱼片上（图3），趁热浇上酱汁即可。
