用料:
1:中筋面粉1.5杯(all purpose flour,240克),全麦面粉1杯(160克),泡打粉1.5茶匙,拌匀;
2:温水(以不烫手为准)1杯+2.5大匙(280克),糖1/4茶匙,快速发酵粉(fast rising yeast)1.5茶匙,搅拌均匀,静置5分钟;
3:牛油果油 2茶匙;
4: 香油 1.5大匙,盐1.25茶匙,鸡粉1/3茶匙,十三香粉1/4茶匙,
5:葱3根,去根洗净沥水切葱花;
6:白芝麻2大匙;
7:玉米油或牛油果油 2大匙,煎饼用;

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、盆内放入1料的面粉及泡打粉拌匀(图1),用筷子边搅拌边倒入2料的酵母水合成团,然后倒入2茶匙玉米油(图2),揉成光滑面团(图3),盖上保鲜膜温暖地方发酵。

2、面团发到2倍大,放案板上稍揉几下后,揉圆压成饼状,擀成直径30厘米的薄皮,放上1.5大匙香油涂抹均匀,然后均匀撒上4料里的盐及调味品(图4)。
3、均匀撒上葱花(图5),从下往上卷起压紧成长条状,然后两端反方向卷成8字(图6),然后中间折叠成圆圈(图7),压扁擀开些,撒上芝麻再擀成26厘米的饼(图8),AirGo的锅里加2大匙油(图9),放入做好的饼(图10),盖上盖让醒发至2倍大(图11)。

4、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Crepe/Nann”,然后点“Start”,程序自动进行。
5、饼煎到大约8-9分钟时或等到提醒翻转时,打开锅盖将饼翻转一面(图12),盖上盖继续煎。程序结束后,盛出饼,趁热吃,味道超好。
