用料:
1:长豆角一把(500克);
2:虾米1大匙,提前泡软;
3:牛油果油 1.5大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,风味豆豉1大匙;
4:头抽酱油1大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙,水3大匙;
5:香油 1/2茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、长豆角掐去头尾,冲洗干净,沥水切1厘米长的小段(图1),葱花蒜蓉切好待用。豆豉用的是这个(图2)。
2、【RoPot】插上电源,按开关键预热后,加1.5大匙油。放入虾米,葱花,蒜末及豆豉(图3),盖上锅盖,用Function键选Saute,3秒后,再按-键减少时间到1分钟,程序自动进行。

3、程序结束,打开盖子,放入豆角及所有4料(图4)。用Function键选saute,3秒后,再按+键增加时间到10分钟,程序自动进行。
4、程序结束,打开盖子,放入1/2茶匙香油,盖上盖按下Toss搅拌均匀。结束后打开盖,炒好的豆豉豆角放入一盘子里上桌。
