用料:
1:红葱头4个(120克), 橄榄油1大匙;
2:温水1杯减1大匙(230克),白糖1/3茶匙,快速发酵粉(fast rising yeast)1.5茶匙;
3:中筋面粉1杯(160克), 全麦面粉1杯(160克), 盐1/4茶匙;
4:橄榄油1.5大匙;
上层调料:
5:橄榄油1大匙;
6:现磨黑胡椒粉1/6茶匙,盐1/2茶匙,橄榄油1.5大匙;

注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、红葱头去皮, 冷水冲下切小丁(图1).  【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“AirFryer”然后选择400F及时间8分钟,点“Start”。放入红葱头丁及1大匙油拌匀, 盖上盖让程序继续. 还有3分钟是, 打开盖搅拌几下(图2), 盖上盖让程序完成. 盛出炸好的红葱头待用.
2、发面:先将2料放一杯里拌匀,静置5分钟。3料面粉和盐放一中号盆里混合均匀,然后将2料倒入面粉里和成软面团,这时面团比较粘手哦,加入4料里1大匙橄榄油,及炸好的红葱头碎, 将面揉5-8分钟成光滑面团(图3). 然后再放0.5大匙橄榄油涂抹在面团表面上,盖上放温暖地方发酵(图4)。

3、等面团发至2倍大(图5),5料里橄榄油1大匙,均匀涂抹在烤盘里,然后将面团放入烤盘里。用手压扁面团,使之均匀覆盖住烤盘底部。将6盐及胡椒粉依次均匀撒在饼上,最后均匀撒上橄榄油(图6)。盖上盖(图7)醒发成2倍大。
4、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Oven”然后选择400F及时间18分钟,点“Start”。
5、等程序还剩4-5分钟或听到提示翻转,将饼翻个身,盖上锅盖继续烤(图12)。等程序完成,盛出饼切块趁热食用,太好吃了。

小窍门:
吃不完的面包装在密封塑料袋里,放冰箱保存,吃的时候用面包机稍微烘烤下,非常香。
