青椒炒肉片 Pork and green pepper stir fry

这盘青椒炒肉片,非常简单易做的下饭好菜。

 青椒炒肉片 Pork and green pepper stir fry

用料:
1:里脊肉375克;
2:青辣椒1个100克;
3:生抽酱油 1大匙;老抽酱油2茶匙,水1大匙,生粉1大匙;
4:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙;
5: 头抽酱油 1大匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙;
6:香油1茶匙。

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、里脊肉洗净切片(图1),放入所有2料(图2),用手抓捏5分钟待用(图3)。辣椒洗净去籽,切丝(图4),待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火,加1.5大匙橄榄油,放入葱花和蒜蓉(图5)炒香,然后肉片翻炒片刻(图6)翻炒半分钟。(

3、下青辣椒丝翻炒1分钟(图7),接着放入5料的调味料(图8),翻炒均匀。最后下1茶匙香油炒匀即可出锅了。肉片很嫩很好吃啊。
