【五香牛肉】

这个五香牛肉大家要试试,很好味道,毛毛都很喜欢。
用料:
1:牛肉(Stew beef)1300克;
2:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱2条洗净切段,姜3-4片,八角2个,豆酱2大匙;
3:料酒1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,糖4茶勺,盐1/3茶匙,五香粉1/3茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、牛肉清水泡2小时,捞出沥水。然后用滚水烫1-2分钟沥水备用。
2、电压力锅内胆里,放1.5大匙油,选【Sauté】高档,放入2料里的葱,姜,八角,豆酱炒香(图1),然后放入牛肉翻炒1分钟(图2)。
2、依次放入3料(图3),盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【手动】档35分钟。程序完成后冷5分钟,放气打开盖子。
3、再选【Sauté】高档,收汁至还有一半汁即可(图4)。
