核桃仁(Walnuts)我也是不断的买,家里总是有一包,做点心也可以放些。
核桃仁(Walnuts)的营养价值也是蛮高的。核桃仁含有较多的蛋白质及人体营养必需的不饱和脂肪酸,这些成分皆为大脑组织细胞代谢的重要物质,能滋养脑细胞,增强脑功能。核桃仁有防止动脉硬化,降低胆固醇的作用;此外,核桃还可用于治疗非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病;核桃对癌症患者还有镇痛,提升白细胞及保护肝脏等作用。核桃仁含有的大量维生素E,经常食用有润肌肤、乌须发的作用,可以令皮肤滋润光滑,富于弹性。
四、小米(Millet)
小米(Millet)富含维生素B1、B12等,具有防止消化不良及口角生疮的功效。小米具有防止泛胃、呕吐的功效。还具有滋阴养血的功能,可以使产妇虚寒的体质得到调养,帮助她们恢复体力。小米还具有减轻皱纹、色斑、色素沉着的功效。我经常在做杂粮粥时加些小米进去
正好天冷了,来碗核桃蜜枣小米粥滋补又营养。
用料:
1:小米 1/2杯,糯米1/4杯;
2:蜜枣 3-4个,生核桃仁一把。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、这次用我的 快煲电压力锅 (最近Amazon.com在促销,才$115比我当时买的便宜多了。)煮粥档做这个小米粥,简单方便。所要材料见图1。
2、将1料冲洗干净放入压力锅里,放入蜜枣和核桃仁,然后加水到6杯的线(图2),盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【粥】挡正常程序共35分钟即可。
3、程序完成后,冷15分钟后,可慢慢手动排气,打开锅就可以,吃粥了。
