Roasted Baby Ribs

This is a delicious dish and is well loved by my family and friends.
Prepare Time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 90 minutes
Level: Easy
Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients
1. Baby rib 1 big piece 900g, cut into two pieces and rinse well;
2. Marinate ingredient: 3.5T brown sugar, 1T Paprika (McCormick) and 1/2T salt, mix well;
3. Liquid sauce: 1T Chinese cooking wine, 2 T honey, 3 tablespoon Kikkoman light soy sauce, 2t Chinese vinegar, 1.5T fresh minced garlic and 3/4C water;
Cooking directions
1: One or two days ahead: Put two pieces cleaned baby ribs in a 8″x12″ glass baking dish, coat both sides evenly with marinate ingredients listed in ingredient 2, cover the baking dish with food wrap and store in a fridge for 24-48 hours.
2. Preheated oven to 375F. Remove food wrap and add in all liquid ingredients and cover the dish with aluminium foil firmly.
3: In a preheated oven bake at 375F for 1hour and 30 minutes.
4: Remove foil and cut between bones into individual pieces before serving.

bake 是只用下火,roast 是上下火都用

毛毛妈,请问为啥我做的排骨烤完以后还是很多汤汁,没有收干,我已经加了半个多小时烤的时间。还是你的排骨就是不收汁的?
这个会有些汁剩下,用来拌饭吃很棒。如果汤汁还是很多,将锡纸打开烤5-10分钟就收干了

毛毛妈你好,我是学习做饭的新手,按照你的方子做了烤排骨,可是吃的时候感觉特别甜,是不是糖加多了呢?我用的是亚洲超市里买的红糖,是粉末状的,是不是比brown sugar甜呢
这个方子是带甜味的,不喜欢的话可以少加糖。

请问冷藏是指放在冰箱上面完全冷冻起来的那一层?还是普通放蔬菜的那一层?
