【白切鸡】

我们这小村，不容易买到走地鸡。这边西人店可以买到小母鸡，味道也很鲜美。
用料:
1：小母鸡一只750克（Cornish hen），葱一条切段，姜2-3片；
2：葱2条，姜小块10茶匙，冷开水1大匙，盐3/4茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙；
3：橄榄油2-3大匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、小母鸡去掉多余油和1料里的葱姜，放入 快煲电压力锅内锅里，加水到7杯线，加盖选手动档（Manual），3分钟，启动升序。
2、将所有2料放入粉碎机打成蓉。转入小碗里。
3、小号不粘锅置炉上开大火，加油2-3大匙，烧热浇到葱姜蓉上拌匀成汁待用（图5）。
4、快煲电压力锅完成程序后，等15分钟，放气减压打开盖，滗去水，将鸡放入冰水中，冰箱冰1小时，斩块浇上葱姜汁即可上桌了。
