【秘制卤猪舌】

这款秘制卤猪舌是跟老妈学的,先腌后卤,味道非常棒,下酒好菜。这个卤猪舌连毛毛都喜欢吃,我们家也经常做。真要好好赞赞这个 快煲电压力锅,盖子打开后,看看内锅和盖子,好干净!不像我以前的传统高压锅,内锅壁上和盖上沾的都是干了沫沫,很费劲洗。

 【秘制卤猪舌】
用料:
1:猪舌头6条;
2:海盐1大匙,花椒粉1.5茶匙,糖1茶匙,生抽酱油1/4杯(我喜欢万字牌酱油);
3:水3杯,葱切段(2 根),姜切片(五片),丁香2-3粒,八角1粒,盐1/2茶匙,糖2茶匙,老抽酱油1大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、将猪舌头洗净放一有盖盒内,海盐和花椒粉拌匀(图A),均匀撒在猪舌头上面(图B),然后加入2料中的糖和酱油(图C),盖上盖放冰箱腌2天,间中翻一翻。。
2、 快煲电压力锅里,放入3料(图2),然后放入腌好的猪舌(图D),加盖选手动档(Manual),35分钟,开启。你可以走开去做别的事,真是很方便。

3、快煲电压力锅完成程序后,会响一下提示。我一般再等15分钟,放气减压打开盖(图E),捞出煮好的猪舌头,趁热剥去外面白膜,冰箱冷藏几个小时后再切片食用。
