【腊肠炒芦笋】

芦笋我喜欢买粗且嫩的,用根腊肠来炒,味道好的很。

 【腊肠炒芦笋】

用料:
1:芦笋一捆450克,白油肠一条;
2:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙;
3:盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、芦笋用刨刀削去外皮,滚刀切寸段备用(图1)。白油肠切薄片(图2)待用。
2、不粘锅,加1.5大匙油,置炉上开大中火,炒香2料里的葱花及蒜蓉,放腊肠片(图3),翻炒至变色(图3)。

3、然后下芦笋段,翻炒半分钟,依次放入3料(图4),炒至芦笋断生出锅。
