用料:
1：长豆角1把250克；面粉1/3杯，盐1/3茶匙；
2：橄榄有1大匙，蒜蓉2大匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，万字牌生抽酱油1大匙，金兰酱油膏2大匙，香油1大匙；
3：新鲜红辣椒小半个洗净切茉（不吃辣可以不放），葱花1茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、长豆角去头尾，洗净切寸段（图1）。用一塑料袋，放入1料里面粉和盐，封口摇匀，然后放入切段豆角（图2），封口抖匀让豆角均匀沾上面粉。
2、取一浅盘子，将裹上面粉的豆角放入，多余面粉弃去不用。
