【雪豆三文鱼片】

烤三文鱼吃腻了,做了这个炒鱼片,也很不错。
用料:
1:三文鱼片300(Filet),生粉2茶匙,盐1/3茶匙,厨酒1茶匙,水2茶匙;
2:雪豆350克,红柿子椒半个135克;
3:橄榄油2大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,蒜苗花1.5大匙;
4:鱼露1大匙,糖1/3茶匙,盐1/3茶匙,黑胡椒1/3茶匙;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、鱼切3毫米片,加所有剩余1料拌匀(图1),静置15分钟。雪豆撕去两头洗净切段,红柿子椒去仔洗净切小块备用。
2、不粘锅,加1.5大匙油,置炉上开大中火,下鱼片轻轻翻炒几下(图2),炒至鱼片7-8成熟捞出。
3、原锅加0.5大匙油,大火炒香3料里的蒜蓉,蒜苗花(图3),下雪豆和柿子椒块翻炒几下(图4),依次加入4料,炒至雪豆断生,放入炒好的鱼片兜匀即可出锅。
