香炸鱿鱼圈

这个鱿鱼圈外皮非常香酥,里面的鱿鱼很鲜嫩,非常受欢迎的宴客菜。不过是油炸的食物,还是不要经常吃,偶尔给孩子解解馋。

香炸鱿鱼圈 【香炸鱿鱼圈】 用料:
1:鱿鱼筒一个300克,撕去外面薄膜洗净沥水备用。

2:盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙。

3:鸡蛋一只,生粉1.5大匙,面粉1.5大匙,水2大匙。

4:面包糠1/2杯。

5:玉米油或菜籽油1.5杯。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:

鱿鱼筒切4毫米款的圈(图A),拌上调味料2料,拌匀备用。

香炸鱿鱼圈1 【香炸鱿鱼圈】 鸡蛋一只打散,然后放入剩余3料(图B),用叉子搅拌均匀至无面粉颗粒(图C)。小锅放1.5杯玉米油或菜籽油,置炉上开中火,油热后,将鱿鱼圈放入蛋面糊里挂层薄糊,然后放入面包糠里(图D)均匀沾上一层面包糠,放入热油锅里(图E),炸至金黄捞起沥油,趁热食用。
