【Braised chicken in sweet soy sauce】

This is a quick and easy chicken recipe with lovely sweet soy sauce.

Serves: 4 servings

Ingredients:
1) 450g boneless skinless chicken thighs;
2) 1 tbsp olive oil, 2-3 slices of fresh ginger, 4 cloves of garlic crushed;
3) 1.5 tsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp premium dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp sugar, , ¼ tsp chicken broth mix, 1.5 tbsp water;
4) 1 tspsesame oil.

Directions:
1: Remove veins from chicken thighs, rinse and pat dry. Cut into two pieces (Picture 1). Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over medium high heat. Arrange chicken pieces (Picture 2) in the pan and pan-fry for 2 minutes.

2: Turn them over. Add ginger and garlic, continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes (Picture 3).

3: Add all ingredients of Ingredient 3) and bring to a boil (Picture 4). Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

4: Stir in 1 tsp sesame oil, Remove from heat and transfer into a serving plate.
