Easy and Delicious【Pan Fried Cod Fish Fillet】

This quick and delicious pan fried cod is my son Maomao’s favorite fish dish. It can be served with some ketchup or mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
1) 500g cod or haddock fillet, rinse and pat dry;
2) 2 tsp cooking wine, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp white pepper, 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic, 1.5 tbsp corn starch;
3) ½ cup all purpose flour;
4) 3 tbsp corn oil.

Directions:
1: Cut fish fillet into 4 cm wide pieces. Place them in a bowl, and add all ingredients of Ingredient 2) (Picture 1). Mix well and let it stand for 30 minutes (Picture 2).
2: Non-stick frying pan on medium-high heat, add 3 tbsp oil. Put fish and ½ cup flour in a plastic bag. Close and shake to coat evenly (Picture 3). Shake off excess flour and place fish pieces in frying pan (Picture4).
3: Cook for 4-5 minutes until one side truns golden brown. Then turn it over to cook the other side for 4 minutes (Picture 5). Place fish on a serving plate, and serve with ketchup or mayonnaise.
