多味小墨鱼

这个凉热都可以吃。
用料:
1:冰冻小墨鱼900克,洗净备用。
2:葱1条切段,姜片3片,绍酒1大匙。
3:香菜2颗洗净切小粒,红尖辣椒2个去籽洗净切末,蒜蓉1.5大匙,姜末1茶匙,葱花1大匙。
4:菜油或橄榄油1大匙,绍酒1大匙,香油1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油3大匙,番茄酱2大匙,糖1大匙,镇江香醋1大匙,盐1/3茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙(可以不放)。
做法:
炒锅加大半锅水放入葱段,姜3片和绍酒1大匙,置炉上开大火煮滚,调小火放入洗净的墨鱼划散,烫熟墨鱼(大概1分钟)捞出沥水。另起锅加菜油或橄榄油1大匙,炒香蒜蓉,姜末和辣椒末,关火后倒入所有的剩余4料拌匀成汁,淋到煮好的墨鱼上,拌匀即可食用。
口味很不错。
