如豆腐一样嫩滑–【鸡蛋羹】

蒸蛋羹在我们家是有安慰作用的,有时大小领导看牙医后,往往会个蒸蛋羹给他们。
用料:
1:鸡蛋1个。
2:盐1/3茶匙,温水150毫升
3:香油1茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油1茶匙,葱花1茶匙。
做法:
1、鸡蛋加盐1/3茶匙打散,然后加温水打均匀(图1)。
2、蛋汁过滤到小碗中(图2),用保鲜膜封住,然后在膜上扎一小洞(图3)。
3、入蒸笼大火蒸15分钟(图4)。拿出蒸好的鸡蛋羹,淋下香油,酱油,撒上葱花即可。
看看蛋羹非常细腻,嫩滑。
