【Pork millet congee】

Ingredients:
1: ¼ cup millet, ¼ cup white rice;
2: 1 slice pork loin 150 g;
3: 500 ml organic chicken broth, 500 ml cold water 1 tsp salt;
4: 2 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tsp fine sliced ginger.
Directions:
1: Day ahead, rinse millet and rice with cold water and drain (Picture 1). Place millet and rice in a plastic bag (Picture 2), seal it and freeze over nigh. Slice pork tenderloin then cut into shreds. Add the rest of ingredients of Ingredient 2) (Picture 3) and rub with your fingers for 2-3 minutes (Picture 4), cover with lid and store in fridge overnight.
2: Fill the Buydeem pot with 500ml chicken broth (Picture 5) and 500 ml water, add 1 tsp salt, millet and rice (Picture 6), cover with the lid. Plugin the Buydeem beverage maker, press Start button then press Dessert button, program starts automatically.
3: After cooking for 15 minutes, open the small lid and add pork shreds, mix well (Picture 7), cover with the lid and let it continue cooking for 2 minutes. Then add chopped green onion and finely sliced ginger, stir to mix (Picture 8).
4: Tune off the power and let it stand for 1 minute, open the lid and divide congee into 5 small bowls and serve warm.
