Ingredients:

1) 20 chicken wing mid-section, or drumettes;
2) 1 tbsp avocado oil, 2 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 2-3 slices of fresh ginger, 1 anise star, 2 cloves;
3) 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1/2 cup water;

Directions:
1: Wash and pat dry chicken wings.
2: Plug in the Ropot cooker, press Power button to preheat the cooker.
3: Add 1 tbsp oil, chopped green onion, sliced ginger, anise star and cloves to the pot add chicken wings (Picture 1). Close the lid, press Function to select Stirfry function, program starts automatically.

4: When the program ends, open the lid, add all ingredients of Ingredient 3) (Picture 2). Close the lid, press Function to select Stew function, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign to decrease time to 15 min., program starts automatically.
4: When the program ends, press Function to select Braise function, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign to decrease time to 8 min., program starts automatically (Picture 3).
5: When the program ends or until water evaporates completely (Picture 4), open the lid, transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
