【Garlic shoots Air fry】

Today I used AirGo’s“Air Fryer” function to make this dish, very nice. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.
Prepare time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 7 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 bunch garlic shoot (360g);
2) 1 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil;
3) 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 2 tsp minced garlic;
4) 1/3 tsp salt;
4).1 tbsp premium soy sauce, ¼ tsp chicken broth mix.
Directions:
1: Rinse garlic shoot with water and drain, then cut into 2 cm long pieces, set aside.
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, add 1 tbsp cooking oil, chopped green onion and minced garlic (Picture 1), close the lid. Use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 7 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After the preheat is done, add chopped garlic shoots and 1/3 tsp salt (Picture 2), stir a few times to mix, close the lid and let the program continue.
3: After cooking about 3 minutes, open lid, stir a few times, then add all ingredients of Ingredient 5) (Picture 3), stir to mix and then close the lid, let the program continue.
4: When only 2 minutes cooking time left, open the lid and stir again (Picture 4). When the program ends, transfer cooked garlic shoots to a serving plate and sever warm.
