快煲电压力锅做【蒜蓉豆豉蒸鸡球】-English Follows

蒜蓉豆豉蒸鸡球这个菜,很容易做,不油腻且嫩滑好吃。我们家毛毛和毛毛爸都很喜欢。这次用 快煲电压力锅来蒸的,好方便。
用料:
1:鸡腿9根950克洗净沥水;
2:万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,生粉1.5大匙,盐2/3茶匙,水2大匙;
3:橄榄油1大匙,蒜蓉2大匙,豆豉1大匙斩蓉;
4:葱花1大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、鸡腿剔去骨头切小块(图1),放入所有2料(图2),拌匀,加盖冰箱保湿过夜,这样鸡肉会很嫩。
2、第二天下午下班回来,小号不粘锅,置炉上开中火,放橄榄油1大匙,炒香蒜蓉和豆豉(图4)离火。放入腌好的鸡块里(图5),拌匀。
3、取出 快煲电压力锅附带的支架,放入内锅里,加水1.5杯(图6),将蒜蓉豆豉鸡球放到一浅碗里,然后放入锅内的支架上(图7),加盖选蒸档(Steam),12分钟,启动升序(图8)。
4、快煲电压力锅完成程序后,等5分钟,放气减压打开盖,取出蒸好的鸡球,放上葱花拌匀,即可食用。
Steamed Chicken with Classic Chinese Garlic Sauce

This is a wonderful traditional Chinese dish popular in many parts of China. It is well loved by my family as well. This recipe uses InstantPot, an electric pressure cooker . It cooks in quick and easy fashion and results a very tender meat dish with savoury garlic sauce, yummy~~
Prepare Time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 12 minutes
Level: Easy
Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients
1. Chicken drumsticks: 9 pieces (about 1 kg);
2. Marinade ingredients: 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Kikkoman light soy sauce, 2/3 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoon water, and 1.5 tablespoon corn starch;
3. 1 tablespoon olive oil;
4: 2 tablespoon freshly minced garlic, 1 tablespoon minced Chinese salted fermented soya beans (black coloured);
5: 1 tablespoon freshly chopped green onion.
Directions
1: Clean chicken drumsticks the night before, remove bones and cut into pieces. Add all the marinade ingredients and mix well. Store in a container with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
2: In a small non-stick sauté pan , heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add in minced garlic and minced Chinese salted fermented soya beans. Cook for a minute, set aside in a shallow bowl and mix well with the marinated chicken.
3: Add 2 cups water in the InstantPot , put the steam rack into the pot. Place the shallow bowl with chicken on the rack. Cover the pot lid and make sure the valve is at the “sealing” position. Choose “steam” function and set cooking time for 12 minutes.
3: When it is done, wait for 5 minutes then release the pressure and open the lid. Take out the bowl and add in chopped green onion, mix well before serving.
Maomaomom’s Note: 1 cup=240ml, 1t=5ml and 1T=15 ml.

今天试做了一次。果真很好吃。 不过不知为啥蒸出一碗汤,不像照片上那么好看。 我可是连锅都是跟着买的。 请指教。
会聚集一些水,蒸好换个盘子,倒掉多余汁。
喜欢这个菜,有点广东菜的感觉。俺把剔除肉的骨头和皮用高压锅压了一锅汤,平时烧菜啊,下面条的挺好,不浪费,哈哈!

今天做了这道菜,很好吃呢~喜欢毛毛妈的配方。锅也是跟着毛毛妈买的,只是好像我steam 12 mins稍稍有些不够,所以加多了一下时间。
